Open-Gym

Get access to open-gym during operating hours. We have all the amenities you need from boxing bags to a lifting area, strength training equipment, and everything else you would need for an open workout session. Come in for intense cardio or just break a sweat with friends!

Sparring

Sparring is an excellent way to test your skills, and actually implement what you practice. This is an optional, but highly recommended, program. Sparring is great for building self-confidence, understanding the mechanics of boxing, and to gain a new perspective into the sport.
